February 2012 Poetry Readings

Glór - February 18th

The February reading took place on Saturday 18th in Glór at 2.00pm sharp and ran until 4.15pm.

The guest poet was Teri Murray.

Teri Murray

Teri Murray has had four collections of poetry published, and one children's book as follows:

  • Coddle and Tripe, with the late Liam Mulligan, Stonebridge, 1998;
  • Poems from the Exclusion Zone, Stonebridge, 2000;
  • Eddie the Teddy and The Big Fat Nanna, Stonebridge, 2004;
  • The Authority of Winter, Stonebridge, 2007;
  • and Where the Dagda Dances, new and selected, Revival Press, 2010.

She has been editor of Revival Literary Journal. Winner of the 2010 Cuisle International Poetry slam, Teri has read extensively abroad, the most recent being in Slovenia, where her work has been translated.

As is the custom the open-mic reading took place afterwards with the following readers in order:
