February 2009 Poetry Readings in Clare

Expertly MCed by poet Rob Hopkins, this month's reading takes place on Saturday 21st February in Glór at 2.30pm sharp and finishes when Glór closes at 4.30pm.

The following is the programme in no particular order:

  • "Open mic" session with readings by various poets

Teri Murray

Born in Lewisham, Kent and brought up in Dublin, Teri Murray has been living in Limerick for many years. She has had one book of her own poetry, "Poems from the Exclusion Zone", published, with another, "The Authority of Winter", in preparation. She has also published a book of poetry in conjunction with Liam Mulligan entitled "Coddle and Tripe". Teri is currently editor of Revival, the journal of contemporary poetry published quarterly by the White House Poets.
